Stamped Image Tag Swap #2

Saw your samples...in this swap are you looking for plain white tags with a stamped image or can you decorate the tags and then stamp them? Thank you.

@ PinkInk this is going to be a plain tag swap, although I have been thinking about starting a swap for decorated tag swap.

I hope you do decide to start a deocrated tag swap...as I would love that. Simply duplicate the swap you have just changing it to a decorated tag. I'd start one on my own but I'm a newbie yet. Thanks.

Do the tags need to be white, or they can they be manila? Also, Inkadinkadoo's black dye ink pads are amazing. They dry fast and don't smear, even with a Chartpak blender on glossy cardstock. Considering they only cost $3, that's pretty amazing. It's what I'll be using if I do this.

I don't have any of those inkpads. My stampin' up black ink pad does seem to hold up well though.

Frz, maybe it'd be okay with the swap coord if you noted what kind of stamp pad you used, so they'd know if it was smear-free or not? I often use chalks or colored pencils instead of markers, in which case the type of ink used doesn't matter. Or if you have an AC Moore nearby, Inkadinkadoo's dye based ink pads are also smear free, and they're only $3. Seriously, I couldn't even smear the more than the teeniest bit using a woodstain marker on glossy paper. I'm amazed. In contrast, my Staz-On smears every time I use Prismacolors or Tria markers with it!

Memento ink works best with markers... including copics

We can't get Memento full pads here, but I think they still sell the raindrop-shaped pads in sets. I should try them out. I'm still floored at how this cheap little pad is almost completely smear-free, though.

Mine is marked sent on July 7, but that's because I clicked "sent" at just past midnight. :D I didn't sent it until today (the 6th) because we didn't have any postal service yesterday due to the holiday. It's on its way!
