So do these have to be 4X6 size?

If they are not 4x6 they take extra postage! Unless you are partnered international and then they can be bigger without an increase. But to get 3 out of a standard sheet of card stock, they have to be 4x6.

All our PC's in Canada are standard letter rate- not fair.

Yes! But I think yours is cheaper than 75 cents to mail out of country.

USA is $1.00 and overseas is $1.70

No problem- and I am joining. Unless my partners only want 4X6 cards, mine will probably be bigger. I like a 5X7 size better myself- especially to create on.
