Description:
As moms we always find time for the 8 million things that need to get done each day. Somewhere in all of that chaos we forget to take care of ourselves. Let's send each other mom care packages. You'll have one partner and a month and a half to put together a gift box (let's say about the size of a shoe box) full of things that your partner will love. They could be items or samples of products that you found made your life easier. If your partner likes to craft maybe throw in a couple of items she could use when she finds some free time:) It could even be as simple as some new detergent that can stand up to the messiest of kids or recipes that sneak in all the veggies a little one needs to eat into one meal (they'll actually like to eat) The possibilities are endless. Fill up the box, get it out on time, and wait for you're little box of me time heaven.

I don't want people to go out and spend a lot of money. I think $20 would be on the higher side. Feel free to re-purpose things that you already have as long as they are in good condition.

@Carolinev237 the only reason I didn't make it international is it's my first swap. Once this one is over and the chaos of the holidays has passed I think I would do it again as an international swap!

could we do this swap with our own moms in mind as the receiver? I would love my mother to get a package like this, and would love to surprise a mom (either my partner as a mother or their own mother) with some stuff! :)

@nalfavi if you wanted the package to be for your mom I would leave a comment listing a couple things that interest her in case your partner wants to personalize the box a little. It shouldn't be a problem since it is more a senders choice than a profile based swap.
