Description:
As I was going through our postcard collection I decided to host my own PC swap to try and fill in the blanks in the collection and swap out ones I dont want... I will be hosting a series of PC swaps in the next few weeks You will have 5 partners and you will mail them one naked PC (written on and postmarked) The PC can be any state map it doesn't have to be your own state This is a fast easy swap... No flakers wanted/needed Anyone can join with a rating of at least 4.9 with no excessive 3s and absolutely no recent 1s(last 6 months) unless they were unfair... I make decisions based on what I feel is in the best interest of the participants so I reserve the right to ban anyone... Newbies allowed with a filled out profile... meaning more than a few sentences
