PC Swap - 1 Person From Each State #2

This is my first time hosting a public swap, I hope I do alright. If you have any input, feel free to let me know. With permission from @TabbyJay I am continuing the swap she created.

RULES: You will send one store bought postcard from where you are from to 20 partners. The catch is that ONLY 1 PERSON FROM EACH STATE CAN JOIN. You must send a postcard of YOUR state, NO representing other states. Once you join please post a comment stating what state you are from. If you see someone else has already joined from your state then you cannot join in this round. This way everyone will get 20 postcards from 20 different states. This swap will end up costing $5.60 in postage. So please do not join if you cannot afford to participate. I will keep this swap open until we have each state represented or 30 days have passed, whichever comes first. If you sign up and then decide to drop, please notify me or list in the comments so I can make that state become available again.

All postcards are to be send naked, storebought only. Please remember to include the swap name and your username on the card. Also include a short message. You will have a week to send once partners have been assigned. If we do not get enough sign-ups I may change the amount of partners that you will have.

Since this is kind of a big swap, no newbies allowed. Swappers with a 4.9 or higher rating may sign up. I will ban if you do not meet the requirements. Any questions feel free to PM me.
