Here is my latest postcard swap. In this swap you are to send and receive capital city postcards. For international users: Please send your partner a postcard of the capital city of your nation. For USA users: Please send your partner a postcard of the capital city of your state. Other rules: 1) 1 partner, 1 postcard 2) Send it naked OR in envelope (please list your preferance once you join) 3) Anyone can join but you must be able to send a postcard of your country/state's capital. 4) No ad/free/handmade cards, only touristy cards allowed. 5) The postcard does not have to have your state/country's capital building.
