Photograph ATC - Winter

I am starting a series of ATC swaps that will use photography as all or part of their design. You must utilize a photograph you took yourself.

The photograph can be used in its normal form. It can be altered digitally and/or physically with penwork, paints, etc. It can be used as only part of the final design but it should be the featured part.

You will make one ATC for two partners (2 ATCs total) The theme of this ATC is "Winter".

Winter means different things to different people. And winter certainly varies from region to region. So I am hopeful we will have lots of people try this ATC and see many different interpretations of this theme.

I am leaving long sign up and creative periods to give plenty of time to find some good photographic opportunities. Of course, if you have a picture on hand you want to use you can start immediately.

Please include with your ATC a short note about your photograph:

Where you took it

Why you took it

Perhaps how you took it if applicable

Also, if you live in a warm weather climate, please describe why the picture you took represents winter to you.

(The picture I posted as an example is a small bird's nest covered with snow and then encased in ice. I found it walking down to my mailbox. It brightened up a pretty lousy day I was having).
