Sea Dragons are beautifully, ethereal creatures. Let's make one!! This will be considered an Art doll..It won't be much different than a Dotee doll, just no bead tail, and the doll will be between 6 inches and 10 inches. Please do your best work....If you cannot do creative, time taking work, please do not sign up. Google to see photos of these wonderful creatures....
