I will run this as a series of 6 monthly swaps of 3 / 5 cards each so in the end we have a complete alphabet

this, the second swap will be F, G, H, I, and J

Your card may have the letter on them or something that starts with that letter

Feb will be F, G, H, I, J

March will be K, L, M, N, O

April will be P, Q, R, S, T

May will be U, V, W,

June will be X, Y, Z.

I'm not clear on this. Do we make all of the letters for each swap, so for February we'd be making ATCs for F, G, H, I, AND J, or do we choose a letter from that group and make one?

sorry , yes it is a card for every letter so at the end of the 6 swaps if you take part in them all you will have a whole alphabet of cards

Not quite all Alphhabet as a through E will be missing for us doing it 4 first time.
