Hosting my first swap- so I thought I will do something simple..which is the INTERNATIONAL POSTCARD SWAP.

This swap is open to everyone- since I started with postcards as a newbie, I feel this is one everyone can do.

Please, BE KIND, DON'T flake! ;]

There will be two partners you need to send to!

Just send your partner a naked postcard, no envelope! Include a note on the back or a favorite quote.

The mailing time is one week later- on Feburary 8th. I feel that is enough time to get a simple postcard out

If you have any questions or thoughts, feel free to post them.

hey ... I also have 4 lines with adresses, but one is repeated.. so actually i have 3 adressees ... what does it mean? should I send 2 postcards to one of them? O_O

Whoa! So I just woke up and realized EVERYONE got assigned four partners. Yesterday when I clicked assign I was shocked I got four, however, I thought it was because I was hosting the swap- so I just made out all of my postcards....

If theres a way I can change it I will, but this is my FIRST swap as a host...it says two partners, and when I clicked assign- I thought it would know that I only wanted two partners per person....

If anyone knows what went wrong, let me know- because I feel so bad for those who do not have $ to send out four postcards.

Right now, my part of the United States is in a state of emergency.. We can not leave our houses and businesses are shut down.. I'll be lucky if I have power today- or can even leave the house in a few days...Bear with me , please! Sorry!

Yeah, hope you all understand- this wasn't my fault. ;[ Good thing its only postcards...but all I had done was click assign, I should probably write to swap bot.

No Worries Sugar - It just means that we should all also recieve 4 postcards - by the looks of the posts - no one minds - if you have any that do mind, you can pass someo of thier extra ones on to me!! Keep warm and safe through your storm.

Hi everyone, I am so happy that most of you are willing to send to your four partners. Thank you so much! However, if anyone knows why this may have happend- please let me know..because I love doing swaps and I would like to host more. I would have hated for this to happen if it was a big envelope swap...so to try to avoid this issue, if someone knows- can you please send me a message via e-mail

There you go ya'll...snowed in! and it keeps coming! Mom and I having some blizzard fun! I will send my postcards out asap..since they are sitting on my dresser all ready- the hard thing is getting out to the post office, hehe!

Yeah Robin, that is okay- I have no idea why swap-bot would do that.

Especially assign the same person twice to one person, how weird! Just my luck- my first swap..theirs a huge blizzard..people get assigned way too many times...and I am doing my best to get back to everyones messages and comments.
