Make a cute Gnome Matchbox.....outside to represent a gnome home and the inside include a gnome either item or picture and include all the gnome necessities, examples.....shoes, cup, mushroom, fox, tree....I don't know, what does a gnome really need ??? You decide. I mean after all we want our gnome to be in good spirits don't we. Then include a gnome poem/short story, created by YOU :) Make it beautiful....time spent is what it's all about.

I check profile ratings and for this one must have a 5...with 10 type three completed / rated swaps.

Thanks for joining, I angel if necessary.

Mine is done! go to my flickr and he is posted. I made him out of felt. two green squares as tall as you want his body with legs. roll them up and they become his two legs. (I used pins to keep them rolled while i assembled him) then take a narrower strip of felt and wrap that around the top fo the two legs. make him as fat as you wish. Tie string around that to make his waist with a belt and around the top. this holds him together. his legs should be hanging down below the body. you can trim them to shorten them. use a pink pony bead for a head. wrap some cotton batting around his chin and hot glue all of that together. I made a red felt circle and turned it into his cone hat. two beads for eyes and a bead for a nose and there you have it! a gnome!
