This is a private swap between PandaCookie and Onaki. You will create one ATC for one partner, based on Stefan from the the television series "Vampire Diaries." Anything goes material wise-- collages, inks, markers, colored pencils, & snots from a Zombie's rotted skull. (But thats not recommended)
