State Capital quick turn around You will need to send your (2) partners a stamped postcard (not in an envelope) of a state capital post card. Please do not send homemade cards or include advertising. On the postcard please simply write a note, quote or thought you are having that day. Newbies welcome and more seasoned swappers must have a 5 rating or very close to it with explanations. It is very disappointing to not receive on a swap so please only sign up for this swap if you are able to send.
