Description:

We all have paper scraps we just can't throw away. I seam to generate a lot of 1" paper strips. I just don't need that many book marks. I found this tutorial and thought, " the perfect solution for all my paper strips". http://thecreativeplace.blogspot.com/2010/06/tuesday-tutorial-paper-weave-journal.html

The dimensions of the Journal cover is the same as the "By the Page" swaps, ( 5"x7"). I have been hosting so just fallow the tutorial for this swap. Add what ever embellishments you think your swap partner would like

This is for one front journal cover. Don't punch holes leave that for your swap partner to do however they want it done.

Check the profile of your partner for favorite colors etc...

The usual Swap-bot rules apply. Flaking will not be tolerated. If you have a problem let your swap partner know. If you are flaked on contact me.

The tutorial is only a guide, making it exactly the way its says is not required. Get inventive as long you get the desired results go for it. Its not necessary to use chip board for this a extra heavy duty piece of sketch paper or heavy watercolor paper will do. By the time you get all the strips glued down it will be pretty sturdy. I'm using 140 lb. cold press WC paper for mine.
