Lets try again! The first swap went well- so lets do another! VERY simple... Send one partner one $2 lottery scratch off ticket. Its totally optional, but maybe a heart given for a "cute" ticket or esp a winner! Have fun!!

Can you only turn in winners in the same state they were purchased?

when you buy a scratch ticket in any state, you most likely have to turn it in in the state it was bought in. or if you win big you could always split the money between you and your swap buddy..

on the back of each ticket, there is an address to where you can send off for your winnings. I like the "positive" thinking here- hope we're all winners! :)
