I love this swap but since this is an international swap is it o.k. to send an ingredient? I read in someone's profile not to send food items because of customs, I do not know how that works but I just thought I would ask. Thanks

if you send the ingredient which is not fresh then it is ok i think, say send chocolate for a chocolate cake..
