Very simple swap. If you could turn back time and change one major thing in your life, what would you change and why? Maybe you got married young, maybe you waited a while to have kids and now wish you would have had them earlier. Maybe you broke up with that special someone and always regretted it. Maybe you didn't take the plunge and try something new and now you're kicking yourself for it.

Hand write (don't type) a 1-2 page letter focusing on that 1 thing you could change if you could turn back time.
