You Pick. ATC for trading.

What if you post them and both partners request the same ones? Someone might end up upset.

well, good point, I probably wouldn't if my partner said it's taken. But you right it can be complicated in the end to solvethis. I will change to 1 partner then 5 ATC. Thank you for pointing out.

what if the picture you post are the ones you didn't make, and the person who did make it sees it? good potential for hurt feelings, because there is no way to post the picture to your partner without making it fully public... if they had a photo sharing account that was not linked in their profile (photobucket, flick'r) and pm it separately to their partner without linking it on their profile, hurt feelings could potentially be avoided.... just an idea.

I am trying to avoid drama, but I guess some people are more sensitive than others, but maybe it is the time that they need to learn the truth about their ATC. I wouldn't mind posting link but as I suggested in description you can send images privately, to avoid unnesesarily drama or hurt feelings.

Again, my plan was to make it public so people can choose and swap which one they like..... otherwise why hold something you do not need?

ATC's are for trading weather you like them or not. You should consider it an honor if someone wants to share and trade your ATC that you made I would.

Thank you @namabear That is exactly what I am trying to say. Why it would be upsetting to have your ATC posted for trade, aren't this is our goal create and trade here?

I feel the same as @namabear they are for trading. Personally I keep most ATC sent to me but I would be honored to see my ATC here!

I created tread just to get an idea if it is ok to post pictures of ATC available for swap made not by you.

the thing about sending the image privately, is that, again, you can't have your picture website on your profile. to share pictures anywhere on the site, including a PM, it has to be posted on a public site, like flick'r or photobucket. if you have one that isn't linked in your profile, it's less likely to be seen by anyone but your partner, and you could link it in a PM... i suppose you could send the pictures via email, but then you run the risk of it getting lost in your partners spam folder. I, personally, have a photobucket that isn't linked on my profile, just so I can show pictures of swaps i'm sending in groups without my partners seeing it before it arrives. I'm definitely not trying to cause drama. I'm just making a suggestion to help prevent it... :)

When I said send privatelly I meant as an attachment to your email. from your computer. or yes, made private link to share only with your partner. and do not link it to your profile. I am sure there are ways to share images without make them public.

When I said post on your profile images I meant "Link to those images"

I say Don't assume your work is bad.......people may collect only certain styles. Don't take it personally! Artist TRADING Cards! Some of my favorite cards are those that didn't fit someones collection! = )

I think it could be hurtful to some that you said "maybe it is time they learn the truth about their ATC". I've gotten many quality ATCs that just don't fit things I like or I just didn't like them. That does not mean that they were of bad quality and that person should be ashamed that I am passing them on, it just means it doesn't fit my taste, and I know that things I make do not fit everyone's tastes either and that is fine to me. I think you have good intentions with this idea, but just because people are passing an ATC on doesn't necessarily mean it is a bad ATC.

@BambooPanda that is exactly my reason for passing around some of my ATC I just have so many. and no bad intention. It is better to choose rather than get something you do not like.

I said what I said above only because I belive that people can figureout things for themselves wether it is good or bad by looking and comparing ....... plus looking on forum and swap desription around many of us implicitely imply about bad quality ATC going around.
