For this swap, you will create for your one partner one kawaii cupcake ATC. It can have one cupcake on it or a dozen - it's up to you! It can be any media (paint, drawing, collage, etc.), it just needs to be -kawaii-! Newbies are more than welcome, and rated swappers should have a minimum 4.8 rating.
