Quick turn around You will need to send your (1) partner a stamped store purchased postcard (not in an envelope) of any states State Bird. (Does not have to be from the state you are in). Newbies welcome and all other swappers must have a high rating with explanations. I will review each members rating. It is very disappointing to not receive on a swap so please only sign up for this swap if you are able to send.
