Description:
Stamp a solid image on dark cardstock with white pigment ink. Color over the image with colored pencils. There is not nee to wait for the ink to dry. I like to leave some of the white from the pigment ink showing. Two partners with one ATC to each. You are a trusted member of this group but I reserve the right to ban.
