The Hatter goes Steampunk

For this swap we will deck the Hatter out in his best Steampunk style

For this swap we will be creating a Steampunk hat for our partner in Mad Hatter style

At the request of a few people I am changing this to a mini hat

The hat pictured in the swap icon was done with a plastic hat found at a party store and then embellished like Mad
