Postage Stamp ATC

This swap is for 1 ATC to 1 partner that incorporates the use of postage stamps. The postage stamps can be new or used, of any country, but they must be real postage stamps and not just postage stamp stickers. At least TWO postage stamps must be used on the ATC (though you can use more), but otherwise the theme is up to you. It is nice to look at your partner's profile, but this swap is SENDER'S CHOICE. Remember to include a note with your name and the swap name when you send your ATC.

Flakers unwanted for this swap. Newbies (with a well-filled out profile) are welcome, but please have at least 3 swaps sent before joining. No one with recent 1's or 3's. I will angel if necessary, but I trust that it won't be. This is an international swap, so please keep that in mind for postage costs.
