Description: | |
Spring has sprung and to celebrate we will be swapping a spring themed matchbox - hooray. Newbies to matchbox making are welcome (and encouraged) as well seasoned matchbox swappers. You can either cover a store bought matchbox (I get a pack of 10 home brand ones for 99c) or you can use Rachels Template. If you use Rachels Template make sure you resize it at the top to 100% before printing as it is automatically set at 174% for some reason Just decorate a 32count (normal) sized matchbox. Fill your matchbox up with little spring themed goodies for your partner. Remember to cover the inside of the matchbox as well in some way. Ideas include - but are in no way limited to - flowers, baby animals, birds, grass, gardening items, bees, bugs, sunshine, worms etc. Items ideas include - brads, buttons, inchies, embellishments, shanks, chipboard pieces, punchies, die cuts, figurines, paper flowers, blooms, small stamps, postage stamps and anything else you can think of. If you get a bit stuck flickr and google images can give you some ideas Happy Swapping |
