I love Jonathan Safran Foer, all comparative religion, books on mysticism, Poetry, Geek Love, His Dark Materials, etc etc etc!

My Prized posession is soon to be Carl Jung's "Red Book".

Isn't 48x48 a bit teeny for an avatar?

pen and ink drawings, woodcut block prints, iconic and archetypal images (any and all faiths and creeds), texture, fairy tales, being surprised, poetry poetry poetry (especially that of ee cummings), fire, the sun moon stars, primitive, tribal, mud, eggs, snakes, words words words, texting (but not phone talking), sigals, recipes, peacocks, chickens.

I'll add some when i figure out this "markdown" jazz...

My son is 6 years old and loves the following: science, magic, magnets, bakugan, yu-gi-oh, pokemon (do the card games never cease?), shel silverstein, little artifacts from nature (acorns, pinecones, rocks, feathers- he collects these because they're "magic"), books (especially things about dragons, not so scary monsters, and other mystical creatures), things from and about the ocean (especially narwhals), star wars, and CANDY. :-)

He's a sensitive child- so nothing too scary is for him...
