I’m a papercraft enthusiast because I LOVE paper. Designs, colors and textures capture my interest. I have scrapbooked in the past but currently I do junk journaling, card making, mixed media anything, some assemblage. I have recently realized that fabrics are closely related to paper. I am working on my first quilt and have enjoyed working fabric into my other crafts.

North Carolina native. Semi retired. Previous jobs in fashion, mortgage banking and I am a licensed life and health insurance agent. Some non-profit work. But crafting is my true passion. Mainly paper crafts. And I love people.

Attend more craft classes and visit more shops. Travel anywhere and everywhere. Experience more cultures. Eat, drink, be merry and BE KIND!!!

In swapping, I really enjoy meeting people and getting a glimpse of their life. I try to send good swaps. It’s that whole idea of giving what you would want to receive. I really put my heart in to making things to share or complying them to send. I appreciate everything I receive. But these are some of my likes: paper anything. Things most people think are trash. Pages from a newspaper it phone book, local menus and ads. I love to see what other places are like. Retro anything. Old pictures. Anything from other countries. Little trinkets to use in mixed media. Fabric, ribbons, yarns.
