I looked up Springfield on a map and it looks like it's above Nashville. Nashville's in the middle of the state and I live in the Eastern part of the state.
The recipes I sent you are great in any weather. Meringues are a great dessert for Passover, but only when the humidity isn't 70-80% as rainy Aprils often are. Last year it was cold and dry, perfect for meringues and everyone enjoyed them. This year it's just my spouse and med, a little storytelling, some symbols and a little dinner. And maybe some meringues.
