I'm 29. Born in California, raised halfway in Michigan and halfway in Texas. Personally, I think I'm pretty boring.
I'm short, a bit manic when you get me going about something I'm enthusiastic about, and terribly shy and quiet until that happens.
I'm fairly geeky/nerdy, and can find anything on the Internet. I also know way more about Pokemon than the average person ever should.
I'm a huge packrat, I save EVERYTHING. I also love to have stuff stuck in every possible place. My walls are full of posters, art, and magazine pages, my keychain is rather large and heavy, and my purse is covered with buttons.
I have two cats whom I love dearly. Noodle's my old man, black with white socks. He's currently curled up on my lap, purring away, while my laptop teeters precariously on my knees. Ah, the things we do for our pets. Penny's my little princess, she's a long-haired tortie whose favorite time is bed time. She's quite loud and makes her opinion known at all times.
I also have a husband, Mouse. I happen to love him quite a bit as well, but that goes without saying.
If I was honest, I'd say I can find merits in almost all music, except country. My favorites are the following:
Muse, Airborne Toxic Event, MuteMath, The Sounds, Franz Ferdinand, Born Ruffians, The Killers, Daft Punk, The Cranberries, The Doors, Shiny Toy Guns, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, The Who, Rise Against, Mika, Imogen Heap, Yellowcard, Modest Mouse, Incubus, Alkaline Trio, Anti-Flag, Miyavi, Mindless Self Indulgence, Death Cab for Cutie....I could go on and on.
If you have similar music tastes, I'd love send or receive a mix CD!
Again, everything, mostly.
Favorite authors: Neil Gaiman, Mercedes Lackey, Piers Anthony, Tamora Pierce, Terry Pratchett, Chuck Palahniuk, Richard Matheson, Alan Moore, Garth Ennis, Warren Ellis, Ray Bradbury, Stephen King
Favorite books: I Am Legend, by Richard Matheson (Please, skip the movie and read the book), Ender's Game, by Orson Scott Card
Comic Books: Watchmen, The Sandman, Transmetropoliton, Hellblazer, The Walking Dead, Wolverine: Origins, Planet Hulk/World War Hulk, Y The Last Man, Hellblazer
Manga: Nausicaä, Alice 19th, Hellsing, Chobits, Mars, Hana Kimi, Imadoki, Angel Sanctuary, W Juliet, Nana, Claymore
I enjoy most movies once, but few over and over. These are the few.
Velvet Goldmine, The Boondock Saints, Pulp Fiction, Fight Club, The Dark Knight, Watchmen, The Lion King, Amélie, Event Horizon
I also adore Hayao Miyazaki's films, especially Nausicaä, Spirited Away, and My Neighbor Totoro.

Minecraft, World of Warcraft, Skyrim, The Binding of Issac, Mass Effect, Recettear, Borderlands, Dragon Age: Origins, Fallout, Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Golden Compass, Myst, Theif
I love, love, LOVE making lucky paper stars. I cut my paper strips from scrapbooking paper, as the store bought type isn't available here. I would love to do a private swap with anyone for lucky star paper!
I make many types of bracelets; floss, beaded, hemp, charm. I enjoy all of them, but my favorite will always be the simple chevron floss bracelet.
Other things: buttons/pins/flair, origami, papercrafts, cosplay, simple sewing projects, duck tape items, collage.
I'm not much of an artist or crafter; I tend to do better with projects that have a pattern to follow. I would like to break myself out of that though, and try out some new things. If I send you anything homemade, I would love constructive criticism! I'm sorry if it's disappointingly terrible.
My favorite colors are blue, green, and silver, but honestly, I love all colors. Rainbows are fantastic.
I love all animals, but small furry things are my favorite. Ferrets, guinea pigs, mice...so cute.
Anything from the 90's...ah, childhood.
I love teas, including chai tea. No chamomile please, it gives me headaches and I suspect I'm allergic.
I collect stamps, from everywhere pretty much. My favorites are old US stamps and stamps from Poland, Sweden, and Canada.
I love, love, LOVE colored paper. Scrapbooking paper, printer paper, scraps from handouts or flyers, if it's colored or patterned, I love it.
I also collect ducks, and items with ducks printed on them!
I have a lot of geeky/nerdy interests. Accounting, video games, comics, Internet culture, science fiction and the like make up a good portion of my life.
Succulents! I have a looot of plants and always have a propagation station going.
Other things: minimalism, tiny things, keychains, gel pens, California (especially San Francisco and Yosemite), sci-fi, cutsey things, retro/vintage, asian items, duck tape, embroidery floss, beads, stickers, posters, old magazines, chopsticks, candy wrappers.
Gold.
Chamomile, I believe I may be allergic.
The Twilight novels.
Black Licorice flavor.
I can't think of anything else, sorry!
