I grew up with Disney and Ghibli and I still love them both.

My main aspirations are to travel, eat and be healthy; mind aswell as body

Why caffeine free? It kind of just popped into my head when setting up this account. I dealt with insomnia, regular migranes, abdominal swelling and pain, amongst other things. I'm not saying everything was caused by caffeine but it certainly added fuel to the fire. Being all natural has definitely helped me work on a schedule.
