30-something, live and work on thoroughbred farm in Kentucky with my fiance. 1st generation American - Dad from Asia, Mom from Europe.
Would like to travel more than I do. Favorite destination - Seoul, South Korea.
Love my dog (black lab), laughing, baby animals, thunderstorms and crazy weather, sequoias, photography, Cirque du Soleil, reading in front of a fire, cooking, bento / doshirak, trying new food, IKEA, cookbooks, Asian sweets, anything mango or pomegranate, getting an excuse to put my truck in 4wd (snow!!).
Death Cab for Cutie, Andrea Bocelli, Loreena McKennitt, indie rock, adult alternative
Love to read and have a hard time putting a book aside, no matter how bad it is, until I've finished it. Usually find myself reading more than one book at a time.
Favorite books include Sleepers, The Color Purple, Stiff, The Wild Trees and Me Talk Pretty One Day.
Some of my favorite authors include Richard Preston, Joyce Carol Oates, David Sedaris, James Herriot and Dorothy Allison.
Don't read romance. Ever. Love cookbooks that have photo with each recipe.
Don't watch many movies, but will watch the following any time, any day.
Sleepers, Inglorious Basterds, Bastard Out of Carolina, Fried Green Tomatoes and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
Love Food Network, USA Network and DIY Intervention, NCIS, Good Eats
Though I have a lot of ideas, I'm not very crafty. I love form combined with function, photography, wood, glass and primitive art.
