I have to admit, since my mother tongue is German, I had never heard the word 'thrift' shop before. Now I know and can agree with your liking them.

Collecting cook books is also a great thing. I love to cook but do not get around to it very often. I do not like recipes though for which you need a lot of ingredients.What is your favourite dish?

And I wish I had more time for scrapbooking too. Unfortunately it is not very common in Germany so there aren't many sotes and no clubs really.
