ABOUT ME: I teach Altered Books, and I love to do all paper arts plus Jewelry.

I am a huge fan of the movie PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, and even wrote a novel using the characters, which can be read online at the DiscoverGerry.net Forum. Here are the links if you want to read it--you'll have to join up but it only takes a minute or two! The actual site, the link is: http://www.discovergerry.net; if it's the forum link you're looking for, it's http://z7.invisionfree.com/DiscoverGerry/. If it helps, there is a link to the forum from the actual site, so no worries about that! It's on the Forum under Fan Fiction. So far it has had about 2000 viewings! Wow! I'm flattered!

Obviously Gerard Butler is my favorite actor!I adore all his films! But the Phantom will always be my favorite.

My paternal Grandmother was French and I adore France and anything to do with the country or especially Paris.

I've worked at a Wildlife Refuge facility with Wolves and other animals. I try to do all I can for Animal rights and for their welfare and to stop abuses of them. I am a vegetarian.

MUSIC---I enjoy most music with the exception of rap and hiphop. I like oldies, Broadway, and classical.

MUSICAL THEATER-I love Plays and Opera, but my passion in Musical Theater! My altime favorite was WICKED which I saw with Broadway on Tour--I could see it a million times and never tire of it! It's the best story and most wonderful inspiring music! I love WICKED, and I do love that wonderfully Wicked Witch Elphaba! You Rock Babe! Defying Gravity FOREVER!!!

BOOKS---I love to read, and enjoy nonfiction and biographies. I love a GOOD novel, but find they are harder to come by these days. I did get totally hooked on the Harry Potter series. One of my fave authors is Dean Koontz-always good for a suspenceful read!Lately I've been captivated with Stephenie Meyers TWILIGHT series!

MOVIES---Love to go and see films and collect the DVD's of my favorites to watch over and over!

TV---Since they canceled my Fave show MOONLIGHT, I'd have to say my current fave is SUPERNATURAL, and I love REAPER as well. I also watch BONES, and UGLY BETTY, and have seen every show of WHAT NOT TO WARE -USA!!!

COLLECTIONS---I collect Victorian ladies accessories-like hats, fans, jewelry, purses etc. I also collect on the Paris Opera House and have a huge collection of items with it's image on them.I also collect French and Paris items if all kinds and especailly love paper ephmera etc. I collect Victoian and Gothic style paintings, and statuary (Gargoyles, Ravens, veiled women, etc). I collect on Phantom of the Opera and on WICKED, especially The Witch and her Flying Monkeys--love those Monkeys! I also collect Peacock items. In fact I love all Bird items encluding nests, eggs, feathers, and etc. I also collect jewelry of all eras. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT HAVE PIERCES EARS---I WARE CLIPS OR IF THEY ARE DANGLE I CAN TAKE OFF THE DANGLES AND PUT ONTO CLIPS!

ACTIVITIES---I am currently in a Historic Reinactment Group in my town--In fact I just got voted the leader of my towns group which I have named VINTAGE VIXENS AND GENTS--we dress in appropriate clothing (Victorian maninly) and walk around for various events. I mainly joined so I'd have an excuse to collect and ware the clothing!!! Anything where you get to dress up works for me!!! I took a class in making the huge Victorian Hats and have so far made 6 of them and am planning more! I've also decorated parasols!

HOLIDAYS---My favoirte holiday is HALLOWEEN and I collect items with that theme.
My second fave is CHRISTMAS and I do a huge Victorian Peacock tree covered in peacock feathers and chandilier crystal drops. Instead of a star I have one of the big papermache Peacocks on top of the tree. I also have the complete collection of Phantom of the Opera ornaments that took 2 years to collect winning one by one on ebay. They play music from the play when you press their buttions! THIS YEAR I AM PLANNING to do a MARIE ANTOINETTE Christmas Tree for a change in theme! I often do a different idea just for fun and to keep everyone guessing!

COLORS---My favorite colors are Red, Pink, Purple, and Black.

PERSONAL PREFERENCES---I'm not really into cutsie stuff much--I prefer REALISTIC OR FANTASY type images and collectables. I always like PRETTY AND FEMININE stuff. Wackie or cutsie not to much.

PETS--I had the most wonderful braveheart cat in the world, he was a feral cat who came to the field next to my apartment when he was less than a year old. A fluffy orange and white marmamade who resembled mostly a mainecoon cat. I started feeding him cause I felt sorry for him--tho he rememained mostly wild the whole time I had him, I NAMED HIM KAT, the love we had reserved from others previously-- we learned to give each other. He had obviously been abused, and had no reason to ever trust a human--but he did open his heart to me. And I learned to trust and opened my heart to him also! He died this last June, he had been ill for some time and just kept fadeing away. He made it to 11 years old which is quite old for a feral cat! He left behind one son, who also arrived on my porch with his kitten siblings--I found homes for the other colored kittens, but the orange one stayed and his name is KIT. He looks almost exactly like his Papa but can never really take his place in my heart! KAT WAS THE ONE!!!!!!!!! I WILL MISS HIM FOREVER!

Comment: I got your Aquarium ATCs today. I love them. I remember Aquazone. I wish it was still available. The aquarium screen saver I now have is lame in comparison, Thanks
Response: I know-my brother has the new screensaver--but it's not half the fun! I remember when my first fish was born in AZ--a little neon, named her MIRACLE--seemed like it at the time! :)
