I am the mother of four mostly grown children, 2 boys and twin girls and the Donii (g-ma) to one beautiful grand-daughter.
I currently live in Key West, FL but have lived all over these united states.

I listen to a wide variety of music...everything from Conway Twitty to Depeche Mode. I love most 80's music......especially the synth bands. I don't particularly care for most rap (certain songs are OK) or classical music.

I love, love, love books!! I try and read a wide range of genres......some of my all time favorites are: The Outlander Series (by Diana Gabaldon), The Earth's Children's Series (by Jean M. Auel), Gone With the Wind, The Time Traveler's Wife, Lolita, A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius, Wicked, To Kill a Mockingbird, and everything by Truman Capote!

I always say that I know just enough about most crafts to be okay at them but am not an expert in any one of them. I especially enjoy paper crafts (cards, bookmarks, paper making, etc...), sewing, cross-stitching and creating gift items for people!

I also love to cook and bake, collect recipes and cookbooks, and kitchen gadgets. I would also like to learn more about photography. I love to garden, especially fruits and veggies but am not doing much of that where I live now. My dream is to someday live on a small self-sufficient farm with lots of animals!
