OOHHH! I love their editors! I can't believe you hung out with Buckwild...did she have her accent? Did she say it's time to get Buckwild? Amazing.
I'm in my top amount of swaps allowed because of that whole me being a newbie thing, but I think a couple of them end just in time for me to join the silly one. So it should be all good.
Hairless cats are the neatest thing ever. In the technical worlds of breeders my hairless cat is a defect. He has a little bit of fuzz on him but he feels like velvet. He's still very hairless. I named him Hairy because of the defect issue nonsense. They can be a little pricey but they are the neatest creatures. And one of the smartest I've ever encountered. I would say they are a mix between a monkey, a dog and a toddler.
Most people are a little discouraged by my choice in awesome television watching. Those shows are so bad that it makes them good. I've watched them all...it's kind of a problem.
I saw the group and had to join. I can't wait to join the swap though. I've made weird little felt animals since I saw Science of Sleep and they are perfect for the first swap. I made a coke head...a person with a coke can for a head. And a dandy lion. It's a lion but the head is held on with a snap...you know, "Moma had a baby and her head popped off..." It was a silly saying my friends and I thought the rest of the world said when they picked dandelions and popped off the heads...
But yeah...totally excited for the awesome things to come with your group!
I'm the coordinator for the vegetarian recipe swap...and as I was doing a last minute check through the profile, I saw that your profile picture is a TREE BRAIN! I don't think I've ever met any one who read The Sneeze other than people I introduced it to. Theoretically rock on!
Thanks, and nice to meet you. I am not 100% or vegan but I have been in transition for the past few years, slowly trying to change over as I learn about substitutes and new ways to make things. I don't eat meat though, that's where I am at with it. Hoping to learn about resources. I see that we like a lot of the same things, not really the decorating because I am one of those "simple home" people but the tv and music and some other things.
By the way if you still want a pen pal for your note cards, let me know!
Thank you, Jen, for the huge assortment of notecards. The turquoise/lime green and art cards are my favourites! Very generous of you to send 16 in all! Hugs, Terry (NTG - WTA - Sept)
