I'm an artist and maker, I'm hoping that swapbot will work for me like a series of creative prompts, so what I make here and the connections I find will help me make bigger and better works.

As far as my geekdom goes, I'm heavily into anything Joss Whedon, and dabble with a little fanfic on the side.

I have a cat and an eight year old daughter, as well as a lovely husband. I've been working full time as an artist for the last five years, and run a small collective gallery. I'm getting into watercolour sketches at the moment and swapbot looks like a great forum to expand upon and share the things I do, and hopefully make some new friends and acquaintances along the way.

Music: I'm a great fan of punk and the change it represented at the time, and am getting heavily into music history at because of it. I love the Ramones and am working my way through from proto punk to the modern day.

Love love love graphic novels, from Neil Gaiman to the Hellraiser Constantine series, plus of course, Joss Whedon related storyverses.

I'd like to say that apart from that I read nothing but the classics but that's just not true, I read a huge amount of scifi mostly!

Anything Johnny Depp, plus trashy action movies - the more needless fight scenes the better. I'm not a big gore fan, it's more the action I enjoy.

Ahhhhhh Joss Whedon related anything! Buffy, Angel, Dollhouse, Firefly and Serenity. I also rewatch Fringe, Person of Interest, Haven, love IZombie too. Please do feel free to suggest new binge worthy shows!
