Married mom of one, Pennsylvania USA. I’ve enjoyed Postcrossing & thought swapping would be fun too.

I’m not crafty at all...I have zero talent (I work in IT...if that helps explain).

But I enjoy shopping for things to send in swap.

I’m always happy if you pick something you like...if you think it’s great...that makes it special.

Please know I'm not fussy at all. These are just potential ideas...

  • LOVE anything about your local Area

  • LOVE anything related to languages (anything printed in languages other than English: menu, flyer, page of newspaper, etc)
    I'm learning French now & this would be helpful. I enjoy translating all languages

  • Candy & coffee addict. (borderline 'intervention worthy' levels)

  • Stamps (used or not)

  • List of your favorite books

  • List of places to see in your area

  • Bus Pass/Movie Ticket Stub/Paper Menu

  • A Coin

  • Paper Items (envelopes, note cards, etc)

  • Pictures you've taken around your area (LOVE a picture of a cafe from your area)

  • Spray favorite perfume on paper & include the name.

  • Favorite Recipe - I'm a terrible cook...This might shame me into trying.

  • Anything YOU really like... Sending me something you like (nothing to do with my profile) is the best way to discover new things/ideas.

  • What the heck..send a postcard instead!!

Comment: Thanks, while I've never gone to the beach in winter for a polar plunge, we do go sometimes in the winter to see the frozen waves. They get pretty big here coz we are at the very southern tip of Lake Michigan and they keep building up, of course this is when we have a deep freeze for weeks and winter have been mild lately. Rich

Tortilleria Garcia is just down the street from our house, and we eat there all the time! The carnitas tamale is good but VERY spicy...beware!

More Cincinnati restaurant recommendations: Aladdin's Mediterranean, Fusian (fast casual sushi), Taste of Belgium, Bibibop. Next time you're in town, you have lots of great options! :)
