Hello, my name is Zara. I'm 35 and I’m an aspiring illustrator from the UK.

I collect stamps, stickers, notebooks, sketchbooks, journalling bits and all things retro. I have an avid love for stationary, quirky clothes and silly tat.

I am very unorganised but like to kid myself into thinking I am, so I will procrastinate and make to-do lists and schedules. Unfortunately, my art desk spends more time getting re-organised than it does getting used for art.

My favourite music includes; Boards of Canada, Air, Aphex Twin, Pink Floyd, Roxy Music, Bowie and a whole bunch of other stuff from the 60s, 70s and 80s. The list is quite endless and also includes classical music and tv themes.

I find it difficult to watch tv shows if they are presently popular. I usually wait at least five years before indulging in such television. My favourite TV shows include; Columbo, Fawlty Towers, Pee-Wee's Playhouse, Alan Partridge, Blackadder, Dexter, the original Twilight Zone series, Cracker, The young Ones and Bottom. I am pretty much a massive fan of all named above.

Update: Our house is currently a massive fan of the animated show 'Clarence' :)

I'm not a fan of dislike lists, but I also don't like anything going to waste :) so it's probably worth mentioning that I won't eat any kind of food/sweets sent. I love tea, but will only drink it if there is a best-before date on. It's not you, it's me... I'm just a bit odd when it comes to things like that :D
