I've been a mailart hound since 1997..maybe even earlier, but I got really serious in 1999. I took an extended break from 2012 until earlier this year from swapping. Motherhood, and family life took over. However, I use my art as an outlet for my stress, depression, or boredom ....without it I get cranky, and a bit uptight.. Ok, I'll say it.. I get BITCHY. So I've come back to open up swapping again to bring myself some happy and some fun. It's so fun to be back to it, and to see old swapping friends, and make some new ones!

I'm in my 18th year of my "real" job, working as a designer for a local family owned metal company. We do metal art silhouettes, signs, and home decor. it's just varied enough to keep my Gemini wanderlust in check.

Thanks to those of you who I have swapped with who put their heart and soul into things! It's much appreciated! I love all the swaps I receive that have been made with attention, love and care. I swap for the joy of swapping, not to rate someone on their artistic skills. I love seeing what others do and make. It makes me HAPPY!
