Hello from Oregon! I look forward to swapping with you. My rating is very important to me. Please let me know if you do not receive a swap or if I've failed to meet your expectations. I want to make it right.

Who am I? I am a Christian, a sinner saved by God's grace. My acceptance with God was purchased with His Son's sacrifice on the cross.

Oregon is my home. I've lived here all my life except for a few years in the San Francisco Bay area. Couldn't wait to return to Oregon. I'd prefer the Oregon coast, actually, but I'd miss all my friends here.

I've been retired since 2008. My DH passed in Oct 2014. My precious Tinkerbell kitty, 21 1/2 yrs old passed in 2025.

I'm not as active on Swap-bot since I moved to a retirement complex. There are about 100 residents here. I am surrounded with many friends and there are lots of activities to choose from.

I am involved in the community garden and also teach a card class a couple of Saturdays per month. We average around 10 crafters. I hope to branch out to other paper crafts, collages etc.

My very favorite postcards to collect are dressed animals, animals or people with umbrellas. Not beach umbrellas, but the kind we use for Oregon rain.

Think handmade, vintage, part packages, gently used from your stash first. Other people's trash is my treasure.

I tend to prefer bold or muted colors over primary and pastel colors. I also like "unexpected" color combinations.

For flat surprises, I can use:

• Card making supplies (adhesives, brads, clusters, die cuts, etc.)
• Handmade or altered paper, painted, splatters, Geli plate prints, stamped on and textured papers (all sizes) I love paper!
• Swap cards
• Faith based stickers and stamped scriptures.
• Flat stickers, rather than 3D types
• Cartoons clipped from the Sunday Funnies or magazines. Anything that makes you laugh.
• Anything handmade by you.

I try to be thankful for any gift received, but some things just don't work for me due to my allergies: perfumes, soaps, lotions, candles, and some foods.

Tea and coffee samples are fine.

I don't celebrate Halloween.

I can enjoy most Victorian Steampunk, Gears, Owls, etc., but I do not care for the dark side of steampunk, skulls, death, etc.
