oooh exciting! i meant to say, you can use the lemon myrtle for all kinds of stuff, but it works well in "damper". Damper is an aussie traditional bush food.. i'll PM you a recipe. Its basiclly a big scone cooked in tine foil in a fire/BBQ/oven.

(i ate 2 of those caramel lollipops consecutively last night!! shameless!) i'd love to do another swap with you again sometime and there is no need to send more! my gawd, the haul you sent this time is already very generous and i've had so much fun trying all the exotic things! you tried the vegemite yet? it works best on toast, with a decent amount of butter and spread REALLY sparingly. its very salty hehe

yeah.. thanks for addicting me to mexican candy :P the pressed caramel ones tasted just like flan.. it felt very authentic eating it haha
