Howdy, I'm Cathey. I am a hardworking single mom who is addicted to sandwiches. I have an 11-year old daughter, and we both love to sing and dance. She’s a better dancer than I am. We are both involved in performing arts in our community, and love to ham it up! I’m an avid sewing fan and she’s learning. We both crochet and I love to knit.

I have a very well rounded appreciation for all musical genres. I'd say my favorites are show tunes, choral music, rock, and alternative. Most people are surprised to learn that I love Rap, specifically 90's Gangsta Rap!

I love Harry Potter! I'm a huge fantasy fan, and enjoy SciFi as well. Young adult novels are a guilty pleasure, with series such as Twilight, and The Hunger Games. I love Jane Austen. My favorite book of all time is probably Gone With the Wind, and I own several editions.

Sewing is my favorite pastime, handbags, aprons, and costumes in particular. One of my favorite things to do is surf Etsy for sewing patterns.

I love knitting socks and gloves. I have a ridiculous yarn collection.
