I love to make, bake and create and have designated 2013 as a year of JOY for me and those around me. I intend to reject anything that does not give me joy and try to spread warmth and cheer to others around me. I love to pen pal, have a yarn stash that would make Martha Stewart blush, am addicted to pinterest, and am beginning work on my first book. Let the joy begin!

CHRISTMAS is my favorite time of year that lasts all year long. My pinterest boards reflect this. I have different boards for snowmen, santas, angels, gingerbread men, as well as boards for different types of crafts. I love the idea of recycling to create crafts. I have a board for upcycling Altoid tins, using Sharpie pens, using shutters.......well, I think you get the idea!

I work.......a lot......and my spare time is very spare. I like to be entertained when I do watch television. The Big Bang Theory is my favorite! Love to watch old episodes of Law & Order SVU, Criminal Minds, and Top Chef.

I used to be addicted to Facebook, but Twitter seems to fit in with my limited time schedule these days. I was excited when Ruth Buzzi of Laugh-In fame started following me last week!
