After reading your profile I AM really glad I joined your group. We have so much in common. I am a nurse and will be laid off in 2 weeks from an easy job. Will not be able to physically work. I have Lupus, fibromalgia, Raynaud's, Sjogrens, antiphospolipid antibody syndrome. I hate them all. Currently on high doses of chemo to get them into remission.

This is for hubby ~ a recipe I got out of our paper 30 some odd years ago!!

2 egg whites ~ whip them nice and fluffy

1 cup of sugar ~ mix into egg whites

1 cup peanutbutter ~ fold into mixture

add 1 teaspoon of vanilla

put into frig 1/2 hour

preheat oven 350'

put small spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet

8-10 minutes

you can add chocolate chips too ~ yummy!!
