You can call me Irene. I'm a stay at home mom with 2 boys (7+ and 4).

I'm a Malaysian living in Kuala Lumpur. Home state is lovely Terengganu in the east coast.

Favorite Music

I'm inclined to whatever's playing on the radio.

I do love piano instrumentals mostly from dramas & movies' soundtracks.

Favorite Books

Michael Ondaatje's The English Patient Dean R. Koontz' Lightning S.E. Hinton's The Outsiders

But my staples are romance novels. Favourite authors are Nora Roberts, Jude Devereux, Judith McNaught's. I read a lot of others too but will drop them once the plots/set up seems repetitive.

I stay away from detective novels, period, so no J.D. Robb for me (I do tried)

I started collecting romance paperback recently. Anything pre 1975 is good and super cheap!

Favorite Movies

Old movies with James Dean, Natalie Wood. South Korea's My Sassy Girl.

Do not watch horror movie.

Favorite Television

I haven't watch TV for a while now.. but I do love 30 Rock, Friends, House, Wonderfalls, Alias.

I don't get Seinfeld, sorry...

Favorite Crafts

I'm do napkin decoupage, ribbon embroidery, shuttle tatting.

I collect serviettes mostly florals (doesn't have to be roses), not that keen on animal nor religious design. Thanks in advance! I always appreciate it (and definitely a heart!!)

I just started doing ATC and loving it.. Mine usually (but not all the time) has some of my favourite serviette patterns.

Truth is..

I don't really like talking about myself..

I always find it awkward reading my own profile. I mostly keep to myself so it's not uncommon for people to think of me as a snob (which I'm totally not)

.. because I can be (very) friendly :-)
