Hello Gorgeous People!

Im a mum of two, a boy (14)and girl (7)engaged to be married to my wonderful man!.

I run my brand spanking new Life Coaching biz online from the comfort of my own home!

I specialise in supporting clients with mental health challenges, low self esteem and those who are feeling ‘lost’ in their lives.

I’m also an Artist and Creator! I run my Etsy store selling beautiful wooden boxes, perfect for Oracle cards & crystals, as well as digital colouring pages.

I'm a qualified Mindfulness Practitioner, Qualified Crystal Healer and have a degree in Psychology.

I have suffered a life time of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and crippling Depression and now that I am living a life I never dreamed possible, I want to teach others how to do the same!

I am slightly obsessed with Unicorns and all things mythological, Iam a total Hippie and love to hug trees! Yes really!

I've always been a Vegetarian, but have decided I now need to go full vegan! My son (14)is doing it with me and partner and daughter will be too...without even realising it!

I have ridden horses for 27 years and they are my one true therapy. To be out in nature on horse back is one of the best places to be!

I am an avid book worm! I especially love non-fiction books I have a massive insatiable thirst for knowledge. I love all things new age, self help, spiritual, hippie, nlp, reiki, crystals...I just love to learn about it all!

My fav fiction books at the moment are:

~ Sue Grafton's Alphabet series. So sad that before Christmas 2017, she passed on..there will never be a finished alphabet now. RIP Sue.

So many awesome movies!

I paint with Acrylic paints. Illustration with pencils (2b is my favourite) and sharpie fine liners!

Recycling leftover materials, card, paper, bags, Tags, maps, leaflets..... Absolutely love to receive things from other countries from tourist attractions or even local shops...it's fun to see! I love collecting stuff so I can reuse it in anyway possible (much to my other halfs dismay lol)

Stickers!! I love stickers and if I dont like them my daughter will!! (Or she'll just pinch them anyway!)

I've really got into Mixed Media now, so love anything I could glue and stick onto my art! Or items that can be used as stencils, doilies, cogs, buttons, small toy animals....so much stuff I could use!

I just love anything art and craft so much so my kids get presents of art stuff usually with a side note for me to enjoy too!

The country life- anything at all with being outdoors and living off the land is right up my street. I dream of owning a quaint little old and rickety thatched cottage with a massive garden and ponies at the bottom....bliss

*Im a big fan of Katwise, she is a purveyor of upcycled coats, they are quite frankly the sexiest, funkiest, prettiest coats I ever did see. ALL made from old jumpers!!

I'm also really into what most call Conspiracy Theories! Or being a Truther.

I'm super open minded and love to learn about other ways of thinking.

I'm of the opinion that if I'm given new info I can alter my thinking....

Favourite people etc I follow are David Icke, I'm in a few Truther groups on FB...Sergeant Majors Research Group and many channels on YouTube.

I don't believe everything I watch/read. I don't agree with what they say all the time. I will make my own mind up after doing my own research.

We have a whole internet to explore!
