My name is Laura, but my nickname is Lor. I'm 19, and i live up on a mountain over looking a rainy British Columbia town. View is great, the drive up and down sucks. I have an Alaskan Malamute dog, her name is Kuma. She was born on November 4th 2009. I love the "old fashion way" of communicating with people, and I'm sad to see it slipping away and being forgotten about. I look forwards to sharing this fun hobby with others. I'm bad at spelling, but hey, it adds personality. (thats why there is spell check!)

I have a huge manga collection, 400+ books, majority of is shojo. Some of my favourite authors are CLAMP, Haruka Fukushima, Takaya Natsuki, Arina Tanemura, and the list goes on.

One of my favorite novel series right now is The Immortals by Alyson Noel. I'm a fan of her writing, and have read alot of her other books. Another other is Melissa de la Cruz.

~super excited! The Sailor moon manga is being reprinted, already have the first book (plus the first book in the Sailor V series aswell!) Cannot wait to read all the books!

I like to watch the Disney Classics, some of my favorites are, The Lion king, Beauty and the Beast, Pocahontas, Alice in wonderland (1951), Robin Hood, the Fox and the Hound, Mulan, A bugs Life, Tarzan, Finding Nemo, WALL-E, and UP. I also like Blood and Chocolate. (the movie) I'm starting to watch the movies that they have made of out the anime series i watch, (inuyahsa, Sailor moon, xxxholic... and the list keeps on growing for the "to watch" list. Pretty much, i can be an anime junkie sometimes.
