Hey. Plu and I are just find thank you. He recently had an operation to remove a tumour but he's now fully recovered and back to his usual self- just in time for Xmas. Let's leave the themes sender's choice then - it's more exciting! I see you're into journals - what kind? I ask because I just sewed a really basic journal recently and am in the process of decorating it for a friend, and I thought maybe if you're into art-type handmade journals (so not just words) then maybe it could be interesting sending a small and lightweight journal describing something/someone/a place/whatever to each other...what do you think? I think this takes more time to make than an ATC or something (well, for me so far it seems so) so if you're not amped, that's understandable :) If you're keen, we can work out the rest of the details from here.
As for going back to school...I can imagine that it'd be a bit strange at first! But at least it's grad school, a little more mature/interesting/varied than undergrad - and taking creative courses sounds like fun! I'm sure it'd be rad if you did decide to go back at some point!

lol! don't worry about oh-sh*t-I'm-too-late-proofreading moments, happens to me a lot x_x including a letter with our swap is such a great idea, letters are always so special! I know you're into mail art, so maybe that can be part of the swap too - decorating the envie we stash all our stuff inside, what do you think? Do you want to choose theme, or leave it up to the sender (profile-based or not)? I'm fine with both. Yeah, I think we have a lot in common - the interests you've listed give me plenty of inspiration for artworks ^-^ Ethnomusicology - aaaaaaahhh I thought about that too! As a further study at Masters level or something...how insane would it be to go into that! Do you think you ever will pursue it still? I was looking for images for my now-too-colorful profile and I found the image below, and thought you'd like it :) hope Tuesday's going well for you! x
No worries - I had the very same issue with swapbot notifications >.< But seriously, methinks the forces of nature are working against our best communication efforts! LOL ;) Would you like to trade ATCs, postcards, envies, or other kinds of art? It would be cool to do a larger format trade (like postcard size or something), I'm in the mood for more drawing space :P Or mix it up with some ATCs in there too? Let me know. January and onwards would be good timing for me, not sure about you - what do you say?
