I’m a curious and creative soul who loves connecting through thoughtful letters and beautiful mail art. As a neurodivergent and introspective person, I enjoy deep conversations and exchanging perspectives on life, philosophy, psychology, and cultures.

I have a deep love for colours, especially muted, natural, and rich tones — greens, blues, and yellows are my favorites, but I truly enjoy them all!

High contrasts fascinate me: delicate watercolors paired with bold, black outlines or the energy of wild chaos against intricate details.

I love sketching — urban scenes, landscapes, portraits — and experimenting with ink illustrations.

Lately, I’ve been rediscovering my creative spark, and swaps feel like the perfect way to reconnect with that joy. I used to hand-bind little booklets, filling them with illustrations and sincere thoughts, and I’d love to do that again.

Plants are another passion of mine! I collect houseplants and have a special love for caudex plants. If I were a plant, I’d be meadowsweet—wild, gentle, and healing.

I also love foraging, mushrooms, and medicinal plants.

Sustainability is important to me, and I enjoy finding creative ways to reuse materials in art and journaling. Right now, I’m working through The Artist’s Way to explore new creative habits. Have you tried it before?

Oh, and I also like going on walks and climbing.

I love working with fibers and textiles! I knit clothes and accessories (though many projects remain unfinished — do you struggle, as well?), and I crochet baskets for plants and utensils, as well as bags and home décor. I’ve also dabbled in macramé, making plant hangers, a chandelier, and even a toilet paper roll holder — because why not? It was easier to make and looks nicer than anything I could buy! Sewing is another craft I enjoy; I like creating my own patterns inspired by traditional and modern clothing styles that fit well.

I deeply miss pottery and would love to take a throwing workshop to create beautiful bowls and oversized tea mugs — just like in my favourite comfort show, The Great Pottery Throw Down.

I love silence and natural sounds — something I cherish even more because I live near a busy street, and the noise can be overwhelming, especially during migraines. When I’m feeling good, I enjoy discovering new jazz, experimental, progressive, alternative, and indie music. I’m drawn to groove, funk, swing, and international/traditional fusion sounds. If a song is cozy but not cheesy, exciting in its calmness, danceable, or has an intriguing rhythm and melodies, I’m a big fan.

I absolutely love monkey drums! I’m not particularly musically talented, but I sometimes write (bad) songs on the guitar or ukulele and can sing decently. One day, I’d love to expand my small collection of percussion instruments — getting my own monkey drum is high on that list! Uhu uhu uhu.

I follow a restricted diet — vegan and gluten-free — but I see it as an opportunity to explore new ingredients, experiment with flavours, and refine my gluten-free baking (it’s getting really good!). I love improvising in the kitchen and finding delicious, as well as nutritious solutions.
