I live in Pennsylvania with my husband and our three kitties (Missy, Molly, and Karl). Yes, we are "crazy cat people!"

My hobbies are cooking, reading, crafting, taking pictures of the cats, and spending time on the internet. (Especially on Pinterest.) I also love music and play the flute and piano, and am part of a local concert band. Two things that I'd like to start doing more of are running and writing.

As far as work, I'm a social work supervisor, currently undergoing a change of agencies as the old one is closing, so I'm excited and nervous at the same time...

I love to learn about other countries and what everyday life is like in other places. Someday, my husband and I plan to visit England and Germany

I love pretty much anything and everything... psychedelic rock, Christian hymns and praise/worship, big band, country, Broadway musicals, and 90's music are probably my favorites, though!

My two favorite authors are Kate Morton and John Steinbeck.

Favorite genres are: mysteries, post-apocalyptic fiction, and history (both fiction and non-fiction)

Crocheting and scrapbooking are my two oldest favorites - my grandma taught me to crochet in middle school, and I started scrapbooking in high school. I also like making cards and collages as gifts. I paint from time to time. I wish I could sew, but I just can't get the hang of my sewing machine. Maybe classes some day?
