Response: Glad you liked it! I worked in a library and would get all sorts of stuff out of the recycling, including foreign language books and antique magazines.
Response: YES! The first time I saw them was in 1981, but I don't have the ticket; it was a first date and the guy kept them... jerk! We were supposed to see them in May, but it got postponed due to Mick's heart surgery. What a fabulous show!! Hard to believe Mick's a great-grandfather (and his youngest child is younger than his great-grandchild)! And I'm glad you liked The Raven, too ;-)
Response: Glad you like it!
Response: I'm so glad you do! I''m never too sure if it's gone TOO dark.
Response: Thank goodness!! I was beginning to get worried about this one, too! I'm so glad you like it and the old dictionary pages - let me know if you want more because I certainly have a lot!
Response: So glad you like it! I wasn't sure if I should send the CRRR along with it, but glad you figured it out.
Response: Glad you like it! She was fun to make.
Response: I'm glad you like it! It's sort of Goleta Beach, which is the beach I grew up on in So. Calif.
Response: Thank you! I'm so glad you like it!
Response: I'm so glad you liked it, and that I somehow knew that chickadees are eating out of your hand! I wish they'd do that for me!!
Response: I'm so glad you liked it, Tanya!
Response: Thank you -- I'm glad you liked it! Yes, Watson did supervise (sister Emma slept on the couch), but as you might guess from the inclusion of Pack Rat Day, my craft room is not exactly usable for anything other than storing supplies. I sit at the dining table with my stuff spread out ;-D
Response: I know, right? I don't know why I even mentioned it -- *my* craft room certainly doesn't look anything like a pack rat has infested it! More like moved in and completely redecorated ;-D
Response: Thank you! Yes, he is an adorable little guy, and we're lucky to have him in our family :-D
Response: I'm glad you like it! It was fun to make, and something I haven't done in a long while.
Response: Glad you like it! Oh, and thanks for taking it off my hands!! I can almost see the floor in my studio now.
Response: I'm so glad you liked them. I wasn't sure about the skulls and skeletons, whether you could use them in your art, but I bought some for me, too, and thought you could find a use somehow.
Response: I actually saw it twice with her - about 10 years ago she was Roxie (along with Ben Vereen as Billy) in Las Vegas. She had to have been in her mid-late 60s then and she was amazing!
Response: But can you tell which is the one I did with my eyes closed (okay, my eyes weren't exactly closed - I was watching TV and didn't pay attention to how I was placing the scrap-crap)?
Response: Well crud! I'll put another one together for you, and use stronger glue! and get it right off. It won't be quite the same because I used a Parisian napkin as a background that I only had one of. But I'll do my best.
Colleen "Ancient Planter"
Response: It did get there fast. I'm glad you like it and glad that I'm the one to give you your very first row house! They are addicting, for some reason. I've got about 20 through various swaps!
Response: I know what you mean about cutting them - I just make photocopies to cut up and save the ancient originals. Glad you like them!
Response: Oh good! I noticed you've got a little boy so I added a couple of things that you can have him do to the journal, too, if he wants. I love kids so have him do whatever he wants to wreck it!
Response: Glad it got there without a problem! The postal clerk here was worried it would crack and I told her that would just be part of the mail art part!
Response: I found the 30th sitting on my coffee table - I'm so sorry about that! I'd be happy to send it to you. Don't know how the little sucker missed the envelope!
Response: Not a fun place to visit right now - they're flooded!
Response: I think I got that leaf confetti at a drug store or Hallmark shop. It's probably only an autumn thing, but maybe not. Hope you can find some! And glad you like the supplies.
Response: That's the Olympic Mountains behind us and the Strait of Juan de Fuca in front, where the lighthouse is. It's very nice living so close to both!
Response: You're very welcome. Glad you like the ATC. Eastern State is quite the creepy place to visit and I enjoyed making it even creepier on the ATC.
Response: Glad you like the stuff. It's interesting how we can all have tons of stuff and not have any ideas, but exchange stuff with someone else and the muse goes to work again!
Response: Small world, isn't it? And you even know how to pronounce Sequim correctly! Glad you like the card.
